On December 20, 2018, Aqua Interiör merged into Escowa and became part of the company Escowa AB.

The merger mainly reflects the opportunity to meet the growing demand from the reseller segment for a complete product range. This allows Escowa to offer a broader assortment of coolers, metal cabinets, and laminate furniture, all produced in-house.

“With the upcoming merger, we will be able to combine the best of both worlds and meet the increased demand for customized solutions in both metal and laminate-based materials, thus becoming a unique partner in the Nordic market where we can offer high-quality products produced in-house,” writes CEO Mattias Källemyr in a letter to the company’s resellers.

The merger is followed by a new web platform launched on the same day, reflecting Escowa’s expanded product range and focus on sustainability and quality.
