We are strengthening our production/warehouse in Stockholm with an Order/Warehousing/Support employee. Would you like to work with a close-knit team at our facility on Moränvägen 9 in Vallentuna?
Order/Warehousing/Support
Main tasks will include customer support, order processing, and ordering. The role also includes other warehouse and production-related tasks, such as unpacking, labeling, and receiving incoming goods. Since the role involves technical support, there is a need to assist with troubleshooting and servicing water dispensers.
You’re the missing piece if you:

Have technical understanding and are interested in and able to read and understand manuals, including in English
-
Are fluent in Swedish, as you will have daily contact with customers and suppliers

Have strong pedagogical skills, as you will need to guide customers over the phone

Are service-minded
-
Are organized
-
Are communicative (both internally and externally)

Speak and write English fluently
-
Have high computer literacy (Winbas, Office suite)
We believe you’re a good fit if you have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, a forklift license, and recognize yourself in the above. Experience in the vending industry is a plus.
The position is a permanent full-time role. You will report to the Production Manager.
